How to choose the right size Chakra Shine

• You will need to know your Height Range to determine the Chakra Shine size to choose.
• You will also need to match your Bed Size Single, Double, Queen or King. 

Your Height Range 

160 cm or less - SMALL
160 cm to 175 cm - MEDIUM
175 cm or more - LARGE

Conversions for Imperial measurements; 

5ft 2.5" (160 cm) or less choose SMALL

Between 5ft 2.5" (160 cm) and 5ft 7.5" (175 cm) choose MEDIUM

5ft 7.5" (175 cm) or above choose LARGE 

If you share your bed, take into consideration the other person's height.  If the height difference is less than 30 cm, you can both enjoy the same sized Chakra Shine sheet.  If the height difference is more than 30 cm you will need to order a Custom Design.

The sizes for Chakra Shine have been optimised on average adult heights of;

5ft (152 cm) - SMALL 
5ft 5" (168 cm) - MEDIUM
6ft (183 cm) - LARGE
